Frequently asked questions about registration
Do I have to register my visit?Yes, due to current legal regulations, it is necessary that we receive a registration for each household in advance so that the authorities can follow up if necessary.
By when must the registration be made at the latest? Can I come to the museum spontaneously?It is sufficient if we have received the registration shortly or immediately before your visit to the museum. Please note, however, that the number of visitors per day is limited. We therefore recommend not to wait too long before registering, since in the event of a booking out, registrations would no longer be possible. If you arrive spontaneously without prior reservation, we cannot guarantee admission.
Do I have to prove a Covid-19 test?No. To visit the Technik Museum Sinsheim, it is sufficient to register in advance; but there is no need to present a corona test or proof of vaccination or recovery. Please note: If you would like to take a seat in our restaurant indoors or outdoors, one of the above-mentioned proofs is unfortunately required. I come with several people. How many registrations do I have to make?We need a registration for each household stating the number of people. For example, we only need one registration for a family of four if all family members live in one household. However, if the family is accompanied by another person who does not live in the same household, a separate registration must be made for this person.
I already have entry vouchers or am a member of the friends' association.In this case, too, we ask you to register your visit to the museum using the form. On the day of your visit, please present the admission vouchers or your membership card at the museum cash desk.
I have already registered an appointment for a visit, but would like to make changes.Immediately after your successful registration you received a confirmation email from us. This mail contains a link to cancel the "old" registration. Then do a completely new login.
What happens with my data?The contact details are only collected for the purposes of recording contact data as required by law and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Your address data will not be used for statistical or marketing reasons.
